Delivery and orders are processed within 24 hours(except Sunday,holidays and bank holidays).
The manager will contact you to inform about the product availability ,the warehousing address and delivery time.
Delivery is estimated to take 2-3 days(if the product is available ).
Dispatching is made on Monday -Friday 9:00a.m-4p.m and on Saturday 10:00-13:00.
Pay attention: the parcel is kept for 5 days at the warehouse department and then it is dispatched back automatically. It is important to examine the good before you pay.
In other cases we won’t accept any complaints.
We will try out best to process your order as quick as possible.

Delivery throughout England You can’t exchange or take the jewellery back to the store in the UK. You must pay for it before the delivery by Royal Mail.

Delivery throughout Ukraine We dispatch our products to “Nova Poshta” or Pickup from Lviv. A customer pays for the delivery. If you pay in cash you will pay extra money to sent your payment(this option is only when you have paid a part of the price in advance) Targeted delivery is made by couriers of “Nova Poshta”
